Description

I've yet to play the game, but I've heard all sorts of wonderful things from :iconotakukawaii17:, upon whom this is based.

Tried quite a few new tricks and techniques here, so I'm incredibly delighted with how this turned out. With the holiday weekend, I'm looking forward to making more of these!

There's just so much that is right with this picture, but I shall try my best to point out a few things you could make even better :)

Your lines look very soft, as though they were made to be put up on a window as window art :) And they are very strong and clean as well!
I absolutely love the way you draw the hair as well! You make it fall according to the tilted head, adding to the overall realism of it :)

The shading itself is dark and soft, also very well done :)
The only problem I have is the fact that I actually don't know where the light source is coming from. I would think the moon, or a single light above your character, but the shadows seem to fall all over the place ^^ But that might just be my amateuristic eyes :)
I really like the multiple types of shading on the hair as well :) The only problem is with the gradient. I would think it would be lighter on the top of the head? f the light source was above, I mean.
And there seems to be no shading on the face...? I would think hair would leave some sort of shadow ^^ And the nose would have some sort of shadow somewhere :) I like the blush, though. Very cute :)

I really love that moon, omg. Did you really draw that? It looks so realistic and awesome! It really fits into the overall mood of the whole picture :)

The pose is a bit simple, but for a person who seems to be posing for a camera, it's realistic enough, with a bit of characterisation (with the tilted head)

Overall, a really nice drawing :) Keep it up! :)
